How do I schedule a tour?

AllStreet offers free self-guided tours. Visit our listings page, select a home you're interested in, and follow the instructions to schedule a self-guided visit. No agent required.

What do I need to apply?

All adults (18+) in the household must apply individually. You'll need a government-issued ID, proof of income from the last 4 weeks (paystubs, offer letter, bank statements, etc.), and a $49.90 non-refundable application fee. See our full requirements page for details.

How much income do I need?

Your gross monthly income must be at least 3× the monthly rent. So for a $1,500/month home, you'd need $4,500/month in verifiable income. Multiple income sources are accepted.

Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?

No, we do not accept co-signers or guarantors. All applicants must qualify independently.

How long does the application take?

Applications are typically reviewed within 1–3 business days. Once approved, you'll have 24 hours to sign your lease.

Moving In
What condition will my home be in?

Every AllStreet home is fully renovated before move-in. Updated kitchens, fresh paint, working systems — no deferred maintenance. We want you to move in and feel at home right away.

What is a security deposit and how is it determined?

A security deposit is required upon lease signing and is due within 24 hours. The exact amount varies based on your credit and income results. Your leasing agent will confirm the amount after your application is reviewed.

Do I need renter's insurance?

Yes — renter's insurance is required for all residents. You need at least $100,000 in liability coverage, and AllStreet PM, LLC must be listed as an additional insured. Proof must be submitted before move-in. If not provided, a $30/month non-compliance fee applies (this does not provide coverage for your belongings).

Paying Rent
How do I pay rent?

Rent is paid online through the Resident Portal. You can pay via ACH (bank transfer) for $0.99, or by credit/debit card for a 3.25% fee. We strongly recommend setting up autopay to avoid late fees.

When is rent due and what happens if I pay late?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A $125 late fee is charged once after the 3rd, and $100/week every week thereafter. See the fee schedule for full details.

Can I pay with Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App?

No. Never send payments via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, gift cards, wire transfer, or cryptocurrency. All rent and fees must be paid through the official Resident Portal. Anyone asking you to pay another way is attempting fraud — learn more about scams.

Pets
Are pets allowed?

Yes! We love pets. Most AllStreet homes allow up to 3 pets. There's a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet and $49/month pet rent per pet. Some breed restrictions apply. Ask your leasing agent about a specific home's pet policy.

Are service animals allowed?

Yes, always. Service animals and assistance animals are allowed per ADA and Fair Housing guidelines. Documentation may be required. Pet fees do not apply to service/support animals.

Maintenance
How do I submit a maintenance request?

Log into the Resident Portal and submit a maintenance request there. Include photos and a detailed description to help us get the right person to you faster.

What counts as a maintenance emergency?

Any issue that impacts an essential service to you or the home — including:

  • No heat in winter
  • Flooding or serious leaks
  • Electrical hazards
  • Sewage backups

Moving Out
How much notice do I need to give before moving out?

60 days' notice is required for a standard move-out. If you need to terminate your lease early, 30 days' notice is required. Insufficient notice fees apply — see the fee schedule for details.

What is an early termination fee?

The early termination fee is 2× your monthly rent. This covers the cost of re-leasing the home. Please reach out to us before making any decisions — we're always willing to work through your situation together.
