Before You Move In

A few things need to be in place before your start date. Please take care of these as soon as your lease is signed.

1

Set up your Resident Portal

Your portal is how you'll pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and manage your lease. Get set up at allstreet.app.doorloop.com.

2

Submit your Renter's Insurance

Required before move-in. You need at least $100,000 in liability coverage with AllStreet PM, LLC listed as an Additional Interest. Submit your declarations page through the portal. Learn more โ†’

3

Set up your utilities

You are responsible for all utilities โ€” water, sewer, trash, gas, electricity, and internet. Set these up before your start date so you're not without service on move-in day. Utility setup guide โ†’

4

Pay your security deposit

Due within 24 hours of lease signing via the portal. ACH, debit/credit card, or Western Union only. The security deposit cannot be used in place of rent.

Move-In Day

Move-In Inspection

Before or on your start date, you'll complete a move-in inspection with your Property Manager. This is important โ€” take it seriously.

  • Walk through every room and note any existing damage or defects on the inspection report
  • Take photos of anything you want on record
  • Any damage not documented on the inspection report will be assumed to have occurred during your tenancy
  • Your signature confirms the Premises were in satisfactory condition

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Be thorough during your inspection. Anything not noted in writing is your responsibility at move-out.

Getting Your Keys

You are deemed to have possession of the Premises when keys are provided. Rent and fees are your responsibility from the Start Date on your lease, regardless of when you pick up keys.

Your Appliances

Your home comes with the following appliances, all included and maintained by AllStreet:

๐ŸงŠ Refrigerator
๐Ÿ”ฅ Oven / Range
๐Ÿ“ก Microwave
๐Ÿฝ Dishwasher
๐Ÿ‘• Washer
๐ŸŒ€ Dryer
โ„๏ธ HVAC System

If any of these stop working, submit a request through your Resident Portal right away. Do not attempt to repair appliances yourself.

Your First Week

โœ“

Confirm renter's insurance is active

If you submit proof within the first 7 days of your start date, you won't be charged an exemption fee for the first month.

โœ“

Locate your HVAC filter and replace it

Per your lease, you're responsible for replacing HVAC filters monthly. A fresh filter on day one is a great start.

โœ“

Test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

Your home is equipped with smoke/fire alarms and CO detectors. Test them and make sure you know where they are. Never remove or disable them โ€” it's a lease violation.

โœ“

Set up autopay for rent

Rent is due on the 1st and delinquent after the 2nd. A $125 late fee kicks in after the 3rd. Set up autopay in your portal to avoid it entirely.

A Few Important Things

Paying Rent

Rent is paid exclusively through the Resident Portal. We do not accept cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App โ€” ever. Anyone asking you to pay this way is a scam.

Notice to Vacate

When you're ready to move out, you must give 60 days' written notice to Property Manager. Oral notice is not accepted. If you give less than 60 days, you'll be charged rent through the full 60-day period.

No Subletting

You may not sublet, home-share, or list the property on Airbnb or similar platforms without written consent from AllStreet.

No Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the Premises.

Inspections

AllStreet may enter the Premises with 24 hours' notice for inspections, preventative maintenance, or other business purposes. No notice is required in emergencies.

All communications about your lease must be in writing. Notify us within 5 days of any changes to your phone number, email, pets, or occupants.
