If you prefer to install your own security system or camera, you're welcome to do so — just make sure the installation doesn't damage the property. Let us know before installing anything that requires drilling or hardwiring.
All residents are required to carry renter's insurance during the entire lease term. It protects your personal belongings and provides liability coverage in case of accidents or damage. Proof of active coverage must be submitted before move-in. You're free to choose any provider, but coverage must include at least $100,000 in liability. If proof is not provided, AllStreet may enroll you in a default policy at your expense.
